I had accepted that I would tell her in my fourth year and walk away. Aditya decided otherwise. He used four tickets to a Microsoft office as the bridge — and I spoke to her for the first time.

Aditya texted her. He took an initiative nobody asked him to take, and decided he would make us talk
He used the Microsoft event as the reason. A rare opportunity, and we already had four tickets
He called her. She came down
I spoke to her for the very first time. My voice, my words, to her
I do not believe that happened because of Aditya. I believe my intention was pure enough to change the script
The very next day I had another chance to talk to her. I had genuinely accepted I would never get one
After that, small conversations. We could call each other. We could message each other
She knew me. I knew her. We knew each other existed
